A task is one job Philoxa does for you, for example booking a doctor's appointment, reserving a table or asking three garages for a price. It includes all the calls, follow-up questions and messages needed. Time on the phone counts towards your minutes, chatting counts as messages. Very complex jobs, such as an online booking with many steps, count as two to four tasks; you can see this in the app.
