Philoxa processes your callers' data on your behalf, the data processing agreement (AVV) is part of it. Voice messages are turned into text and the recording is then deleted. Philoxa says at the start of every call that it is an AI.

A task is one job Philoxa does for you, for example booking a doctor's appointment, reserving a table or asking three garages for a price. It includes all the calls, follow-up questions and messages needed. Time on the phone counts towards your minutes, chatting counts as messages. Very complex jobs, such as an online booking with many steps, count as two to four tasks; you can see this in the app.
